I understand and agree that when I become a member of IONutrition and or Fresh n’ Lean I will be charged as follows:

If I select the “a la carte” option, I understand and authorize that the credit card I provide will be charged the applicable total one-time order amount I select when I place my order and prior to its delivery. If I place a “Meal Plan” subscription order, I understand that meal plans are weekly reoccurring deliveries as stated in the meal plan section of the order page, and throughout the “Meal Plan” order process (Stated directly under the words “select a meal plan” in the ‘Choose’ section, stated in the ‘review’ section, and stated in the checkout section of the order page). I understand and authorize Fresh n’ Lean (or its parent company) to charge the credit card I provided for each delivery I receive. The meal plan will automatically renew every week until I cancel my service. I understand and authorize the credit card I provide to be charged the applicable total for my order prior to my initial meal delivery, and once per week thereafter prior to delivery.

Customization of Meal Plans: I understand and agree that while I can request customizations to my meal plan beyond the options provided on orders.freshnlean.com/ionutrition (order page), not all customization requests can be accommodated.  Fresh n’ Lean can accommodate requests to omit of up to three (3) ingredients (with some restrictions) of my choosing however I understand that requesting any modification to my meal plan can result in duplicate meals with every delivery, and that my meal plan will no longer follow Fresh n’ Lean’s menu.  I further understand that certain ingredients cannot be excluded from my meal plan. Ingredients: Onion, garlic, and carrot cannot be omitted from my meal plan, and I understand refunds will not be issued for the reason of an incorrect/ inaccurate delivery if I request to remove any of the aforementioned ingredients from my meal plan.  Fresh n’ Lean reserves the right to change the list of ingredients which cannot be omitted form meal plans at any time without prior warning.

Shipping/ deliveries: I understand and acknowledge that my order with Fresh n’ Lean will be shipped and delivered to me via FedEx, UPS or another 3rd party shipping service.  All orders are delivered on a ‘shipper release’ basis with no signature required unless I make a specific request for a ‘signature required’ delivery.  Further, I understand that my meal plan order (weekly subscription delivery) will be scheduled for Friday deliveries (with approximately 48 hours of transit time), and that ‘A la Carte’ orders (one-time delivery) will be scheduled for delivery 3-5 business days after I place my order.  Delivery schedules can be altered upon specific request to Fresh n’ Lean customer service. In the Event of an order processing/ or shipping delay, my order may be delivered on Saturday with notification from Fresh n’ Lean.  If a meal plan package is misplaced or delayed, and the transit time allowed by Fresh n lean, arrangements will be made for a replacement package to be shipped. Modification to my delivery schedule may result in additional shipping charges.

Meal Plan Cancelation/ Pauses & Modifications: Meal plans subscriptions are a weekly automatically reoccurring service without any obligation to continue past the first delivery. “Meal Plans” can be canceled, temporarily suspended or modified at any time, however, there is a cancelation deadline for the current week’s delivery.  Requests received by Monday 12:00 pm (noon) PST can be applied to the same week’s Meal Plan delivery (typically scheduled for Fridays). However, if a request to cancel, suspend, or modify a Meal Plan is received after Monday 12:00 pm PST, the current week’s Meal Plan order will be processed without change and any modifications requested will take effect with the following week’s delivery.

NOTE: To successfully process cancelations and pauses by email or through the online contact form, all of the following information must be provided: Recipient/ shipping name, shipping address including zip code, valid email address, and valid contact phone number.  We will need this information to locate your order and suspend future deliveries. If any of this information is incorrect or missing, Meal Plan orders may not be canceled or paused.

NOTE: TO MAINTAIN THE BEST POSSIBLE QUALITY SERVICE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT MEAL PLAN CANCELATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS VIA VOICE MAIL.

Returns: All sales are final. I understand that any meals or other products purchased through/from Fresh n’ Lean, online, over the phone, or through any of Fresh n’ Lean’s partners or affiliates are often perishable food items and can not be returned to sender for a refund.

Discounts: The promotion grants purchaser(s) a 40% discount from standard retail pricing for the first delivery (at time of purchase).  Each consecutive weekly delivery following first delivery will be discounted 10% from standard retail pricing.  Standard retail pricing can be reviewed by visiting https://orders.freshnlean.com/ionutrition Purchaser may retain 10% discounts on subsequent meal deliveries under this meal plan purchase as well as other weekly gifts included in the promotion if he/she chooses to pause or suspend deliveries for up to two (2) consecutive weeks.  Pausing, suspending, or canceling “meal plan” deliveries for more than two consecutive weeks, will result in forfeiture of any ongoing discounts and/or gifts promised to the purchaser as part of the promotion.  Aforementioned discounts can only be applied to “meal plan” products. 

Snacks or gifts: the promotion grants purchaser(s) free snacks ordinarily available for purchase on www.ionutrition.com with all eligible “meal plan” deliveries. 

“Meal plan” purchases of 5-7 meals per delivery will receive 1 free snack per weekly delivery,

“Meal plan” purchases of 8-14 meals per delivery will receive 3 free snacks per weekly delivery,

“Meal plan” purchases of 15-18 meals will receive 4 snacks per weekly delivery,

“Meal plan” purchases of 18 meals or more will receive 6 snacks per weekly delivery.

Pausing, suspending, or canceling “meal plan” deliveries for more than 2 consecutive weeks, will result in forfeiture of any ongoing discounts and or gifts promised to the purchaser as part of the promotion.

Amazon.com Gift Cards: the promotion grants purchaser(s) the opportunity to receive one (1) $25 or $50 Amazon.com Gift Card upon completion of five (5) weeks of “Meal Plan” deliveries within sixty (60) days of purchase.
